About Chameleon HI

Chameleon HI is how I approach the world and branding strategies.

Greek-Chinese, raised in Athens-Windsor-Zurich, educated on both US coasts, and working in Oakland, Athens/Zurich, New York and the last two years in Beijing, I am used to adapting to what I touch.

People are the lifeblood of brands. Brands are just a way for people to communicate about the essence of one thing or another.  Perceptions about people, countries, ideas, seasons, etc. are brands too. People’s continents, languages, attitudes, and habits are as varied and increasingly mixed as the multi-layered market playground of their brands.

As an environmental architecture entrepreneur in Athens, I drew from a single realization for inspiration. Not all cities have to be smoggy, green space makes things feel healthier and fresher. I realized this when I saw masses of green space in England.

As strategic planner for Saatchi & Saatchi New York and Beijing and DDB Beijing and Guangzhou, I experienced first hand how globalization’s broad horizons are an opportunity for the type of Human Insight that awknowledges work-in-progress brands, change, and a global conscience.
